The Trails

The Trails is a 59-acre Commerical Mixed-Use Project being developed by The Foxfield Company. The site will include 140,000 SF of Class-A office space, one extended-stay hotel, and a residential complex including 365 apartments and 80 for rent townhomes. In addition, The Trails will have a commercial village that will be home to restaurants and unique retail shops that will be built around a common greenspace. The Trails is adjacent to a 40-acre entertainment studio being developed by Holder Properties. The property is located off Interstate 20 at Fairburn Road and the proposed Lee Road extension, in Douglasville, Georgia nearly 20 miles from the heart of Atlanta and 21 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
