In addition to the company's development expertise, Charlotte Kitchen has successfully brokered more than $400 million in institutional-quality commercial real estate transactions. The three current projects that the team is working on in Georgia have a cumulative value of $1.2 billion at build out. These projects are located in Covington, Bartow County, and Douglas County.

Harry Kitchen is the President of The Foxfield Company. Since co-founding the company in 1989 with his wife, Charlotte, he has guided its growth across multiple significant deals. Harry attended Georgia Southwestern State University and his leadership has been instrumental in shaping projects that emphasize thoughtful planning, long-term value, and community integration. Under his direction, the company has established a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial developments and strategic land use solutions. Harry continues to focus on identifying opportunities that align with market demand, building projects that will have a substantial positive impact on the community long after the project is complete. Harry was recently awarded the 2026 Visionary Award from Georgia Southwestern State University.

Charlotte Kitchen serves as Vice President of The Foxfield Company, President of Foxfield Realty, Inc., as well as President of Foxfield Construction & Maintenance. Charlotte is a graduate of University of Arizona and a former student athlete competing on the women's basketball team. She is also a licensed commercial General Contractor in South Carolina, further strengthening the company's fully integrated approach to development and project execution. Since the company's founding in 1989, Charlotte has been managing broker. Charlotte has been instrumental in the success of the company, contributing significantly to the reputation for delivering high-quality developments.
Ashley Kitchen, CCIM

Ashley Kitchen is a commercial real estate professional with The Foxfield Company, where she is actively involved in brokerage and development. She joined the company in 2021 after obtaining her Associate Broker's License in Georgia and has quickly become an integral part of the company's success. Ashley was also a student athlete at Auburn University on the women's tennis team and holds an MBA and Master of Science in Finance from Auburn. She has participated in more than $70 million in commercial brokerage transactions. In 2023, she earned the prestigious CCIM designation and now serves on the Georgia CCIM Chapter Board. Ashley is actively involved in the parcel sales and leasing of the three projects and leads marketing efforts across these developments. She recently received the 2026 Georgia CCIM President's Award for commitment and service.
